Transportation In Bangladesh

This is a picture of an overcrowded train approaching to a station in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, during Eid-ul-Adha or Feast of the Sacrifice or Greater Eid, is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide to commemorate the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his son Ishmael as an act of obedience to God, before God intervened to provide him with a sheep to sacrifice instead.

People in Bangladesh moves a lot during the two Eid's. One is Eid-ul-Adha (mentioned above) and the other one is Eid-ul-Fitr, often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). The religious Eid is a single day and Muslims are not permitted to fast that day. Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Fiṭr means "breaking the fast".
